- All firmware updates for your Dimension 3D printer
- All software updates for Catalyst
- Replacement parts – such as x/y tables, printer head assemblies, hard drives, etc.
- Shipping and labor costs for replacement parts
- Onsite repair with CAPINC Stratasys Certified Dimension Technicians
- Telephone and email technical support
- Back-up modeling support. In the case that your printer is not working for more than 2 days, CAPINC will print models for you on our 3D Printers for just the cost of material.
