Class hours are 9am to 5pm. Lunch, coffee and drinks are provided.
Course schedules are subject to change based on customer demand. We frequently add or change dates. Companies canceling registration three work days or less in advance of course start date will be required to pay in advance before reserving another class date. Any questions should be directed to Colleen our training administrator or 800.424.2255 x2139.
Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel classes that do not have at least five students by the Thursday prior to class start. We seldom cancel classes, but cancellations occur more frequently during the Summer months than other times of the year.
Note for Massachusetts students: CAP cannot accept any students in Massachusetts that pay for training themselves. We can only accept students who are being sent by their employers, an agency or institution. We are exempt from registration as a Proprietary School.
