SolidWorks Subscription service customers are entitled to:
All major SolidWorks® software upgrades released during the subscription term including upgrades for, 3D Instant Website, FeatureWorks, SolidWorks Animator, PhotoWorks, SolidWorks Toolbox, and SolidWorks Utilities.
Comprehensive 24 hour by 7-day-a-week online web access to download priority enhancements.
Easy access to online technical tips.
Use the product enhancement form on the SolidWorks support web site to send in your product enhancement requests.
Access to a state-of-the-art, web-based shareware model library. Download or send in parts, assemblies, Feature Palette™ features, and programs.
Access to SolidWorks Webcasts. Participate in regularly scheduled webcasts to pick up productivity tips that will help you get the most from your CAD investment.
Access to additional subscription service offerings as they become available.

Access to a variety of products and services offered by Computer-Aided Products that extend the capability of SolidWorks.
Subscription services business practices:
Important: Please provide Computer-Aided Products with the e-mail address of each person within you organization that would like to receive invitations to SolidWorks upgrade training and night schools.
Important: Please register all licenses via the registration wizard and either email or fax the information to SolidWorks as indicated. This helps us keep you better informed and ensures that we send your upgrade to the correct address.
The term of this service runs for one year from the first day of the month following the date you ordered the subscription service. It shall automatically renew from year to year unless one party notifies the other party in writing of its desire not to renew the term, at least 30 days prior to the end of a term.
Subscription service plan continuity:
To ensure continuity of your access to subscription service benefits, Computer-Aided Products will send you an invoice and/or quote 30 to 90 days prior to your subscription service renewal date each year.
If you do not pay for your subscription service on time, you will need to pay a reinstallation fee to reinstate your subscription service.
