SolidWorks 3D CAD Product Registration NH,ME,VT,MA,CT,RI

Software Activation: Product activation is a series of simple steps that takes place upon first launch of your SolidWorks product. You must enter your serial number, which is authenticated with the SolidWorks product activation system to activate the product. The entire activation process is quick and easy. You can activate your product 24 hours a day, seven days a week, either on the Internet or manually by email. Either option takes only a few short steps to complete.


You must activate your product within 30 days after you first installed and launched your SolidWorks product. If you do not activate your product by the 30th day after you first installed and launched your SolidWorks product, it will stop working until you activate it. (Please note that registration codes come from SolidWorks Corp. not Computer-Aided Products.)


Note:
- To register a product not under activation:
    1) Log into the SolidWorks Customer Portal at https://customercenter.solidworks.com using an email address based account and password.
    2) Register your product(s) under the Register My Products link in the My Information section.

- Activation customers still should register their products to have full access to all features within the Customer Portal (with an active Subscription Service contract).


Contact Information for Product Upgrades: To ensure you receive product upgrades, please fill in the registration form completely (user name, exact shipping address*, etc.). If you move, please ensure that CAP receives the updated address information. You can change your shipping information on the SolidWorks web site at www.solidworks.com on the subscription service page or contact sales admin. Products will not be shipped to PO Boxes.

Product Upgrades: Customers with subscription services will automatically receive major product upgrades in the mail. Periodically, SolidWorks also publishes Support Packs on their website. If you do not have Internet access, or wish to have a hard copy of the Service Pack, call our technical support team and they will make a CD for you. This will take three to five days.

*Please note: Upgrades will be shipped to the contact person that was entered on the product registration form. To update contact information, enter the new information on the the SolidWorks website under subscription service. To ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you enter the name of the technical contact in charge of using/installing the product.
