Can I compute the effect of Tolerance Stack-Up between features in a single part file?
Yes. The TolAnalyst plug-in does performs tolerance analysis on linear dimension stacks, and this product is available as part of Solidworks Premium. The stack-up checker interface is only active within an Assembly file, not a part file. However, if you make a scratch assembly of only one part, it will work just fine.
