Dana Seero, President

Dana Seero worked as an engineer and manager in the plastics industry before founding CAPINC in 1989. He is a graduate of Phillips Academy, Andover and Princeton University, where he financed 100% of his education through scholarships and employment. After completing Army Airborne (Paratrooper) and Ranger training, he served as an Armored Cavalry Platoon Leader patrolling the East/West German border in 3rd Squadron, 7th Cavalry, 3rd Infantry Division. He, his wife and three children live in Boston, and are active competitive sailors and tennis players.

Did you know? Dana was a two-way starter on the undefeated 1970 Phillips Academy football team with New England Patriots Director of Research Ernie Adams and Head Coach Bill Belichick.

Keith Pedersen, Principal Engineer
Keith Pedersen has a BSME from Clarkson College, and an MSME from Boston University. After a stint at General Electric in Burlington, VT, Keith was the lead Applications Engineer for Advanced Surfacing products for Matra Datavision USA, including EUCLID-IS, UniSurf, and STRIM. He joined CAPINC in 1998 to support advanced surfacing applications in SDRC I-DEAS and joined our SolidWorks group one year later. Keith has extensive industry and consulting experience in non-linear Finite Element Analysis and Computational Fluid Dynamics in addition to surfacing applications. He is a Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP) and certified to train and support COSMOSWorks. Keith was recently awarded the title "Elite Application Engineer".

Did you Know? Keith has presented at four SolidWorks World events and was twice named the top presenter by attendees.


Jason Pancoast (SolidWorks Elite Application Engineer), Engineering Manager
Jason Pancoast is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Boston University. Prior to joining CAPINC, Jason was a mechanicalengineer at GE Aircraft Engines, and a manufacturing process consultant. He is a certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP) and Instructor, a Certified COSMOSWorks Instructor and a certified PDMWorks Enterprise professional.. Jason's passion for engineering design and analysis has resulted in his selection to present at four SolidWorks World conventions, three New England SolidWorks User Group meetings, and is a featured presenter at our CAPINC University events. At SolidWorks World 2007, Jason was awarded the title "Elite Application Engineer", one of only 11 SolidWorks engineers in the world to attain that rank in 2007. He is also the top winner worldwide in the SolidWorks “Model Mania” Design Contest for 2006 and 2007. Jason and his wife live in Methuen MA, and have one child.

Did you know? Jason ran for Mayor of Peabody at age 26 and did not come in last.

Bonnie Fladung, Director of Marketing
Bonnie is responsible for all aspects of marketing at Computer-Aided Products. Her enthusiasm for marketing excellence and creativity is evident as she makes sure that responding to customer needs is the number one priority at CAPINC, while expanding CAPINC's presence in New England. Prior to joining CAPINC, Bonnie was Director of Marketing at Monaco Systems in Andover MA and the Worldwide Product Manager for Digital Imaging at X-Rite, Inc. Bonnie previously worked in engineering management for 6 years and as an independent consultant for a variety of government and commercial businesses. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Bowling Green University.

Did you know? Bonnie is responsible for coordinating the website and IT implementation for local community organizations through the charitable giving program at CAPINC.
