Sleepnet

CAPINC Case Study- Sleepnet
Sleepnet manufactures high-quality gel masks used in the treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and non-invasive ventilation. All masks are designed and assembled by highly skilled workers in Hampton, NH, and are distributed across the globe.

The Sleepnet team uses a Dimension Elite 3D printer to prototype parts prior to production and test a variety of iterations to find the best design. They also use the machine for production tooling, fixtures for assembly and reverse molds among other uses. We sat down with Senior Design Engineer, Sameer Kulkarni to talk about how they use their machine.
